The campsite we would use for the week was called "Camp Snow
Shoe". It was a somewhat steep climb to get to it and very rocky.
The campsite was on very rough terrain with tons of large rocks and even
small cliffs. The
cabins however made up for the site; each cabin came with two double bunks which weren't
The outhouse was called the kybo. The great kybo coffee cans
of yore filled with lime caused the smell to be a bit more bearable.
During the day, between and after merit badges, we would hang out at
our campsite and play games like cards and magic the gathering. Each
night we would sit by the campfire telling stories and jokes while roasting
marshmallows. We would stare up and see the beautiful night sky.
